Primary Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to students, addressing both routine health needs and urgent situations. Oversee medication administration and treatment plans, ensuring accurate records. Consult and coordinate with educators, families, and healthcare providers to promote student health and well-being. Conduct health screenings, immunization reviews, and ensure regulatory compliance. Implement health education initiatives tailored to elementary and middle school populations. Support students with chronic conditions through individualized health plans. Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times.
