Porta Kleen is looking for a dependable Special Operations Field Supervisor with leadership or supervisory experience to support yard operations and lead crews during emergency response, fire camps, festivals, events, and special projects. This highly physical, travel-intensive position requires flexibility to respond to calls at any time, deploy on short notice, travel by vehicle or air, and stay onsite for extended assignments that may last several weeks.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily Special Operations activities at the Porta Kleen yard when not deployed to a field assignment.
• Serve as a working team lead by directing employees, assigning work, monitoring performance, and supporting daily operations.
• Respond to emergency callouts and mobilize on short notice to fire camps and other emergency-response locations.
• Lead onsite operations at fire camps, festivals, events, and special projects for the duration of assigned deployments.
• Travel extensively by company vehicle or commercial air and remain onsite throughout assignments that may last several weeks.
• Clean, service, and maintain sleeper units and other mobile sanitation products at the yard and field locations.
• Coordinate the setup, placement, servicing, movement, and breakdown of mobile sanitation equipment and temporary camp operations.
• Pull and transport trailers between Porta Kleen yards, fire camps, festivals, events, and other assigned locations.
• Work alongside the crew to complete physically demanding cleaning, sanitation, setup, and field-service responsibilities.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment, supplies, and daily priorities while responding to changing site and customer needs.
• Maintain accountability for company vehicles, trailers, equipment, supplies, and other assigned resources.
• Communicate deployment status, staffing needs, and operational concerns to management while representing Porta Kleen professionally onsite.

What You’ll Need

• Previous leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience with the ability to direct employees, assign work, and maintain accountability.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to safely operate company vehicles and pull trailers as required.
• Ability to successfully complete and maintain a DOT physical and meet applicable requirements for assigned driving responsibilities.
• Ability and willingness to respond to emergency calls at any time, deploy on short notice, travel extensively by vehicle or commercial air, and remain away from home while staying onsite for assignments that may last several weeks at a time.
• Ability to perform physically demanding cleaning and field work, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.; prolonged standing and walking; and frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and repetitive movement while working outdoors in fire-camp environments, changing weather conditions, and variable or extended schedules.
