Selling Manager

Summary As a Selling Manager, you will support the Store Leadership team by executing strategic plans to ensure a profitable retail business. You will drive sales performance through coaching, goal-setting, and leading by example on the sales floor while promoting excellent customer experiences. The role includes monitoring sales metrics, implementing clienteling strategies, and supporting merchandising and inventory control. Responsibilities Lead and develop the sales team through coaching, feedback, and performance management Monitor and achieve sales targets, KPIs and store performance metrics Model selling behaviors and support clienteling and promotional activities Support store merchandising needs, inventory control, and daily operational tasks Supervise cash transactions, register balancing, and ensure compliance with policies Requirements Retail supervisory or similar industry experience Strong communication, coaching and customer service skills Ability to stand, walk, move merchandise, and lift up to 30 lbs Ability to operate registers and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends Business acumen with planning, prioritization and time-management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
