They will be responsible for the coordination and execution of retail digital signage network and other marketing projects. The successful candidate will join a team at one of the fastest growing operators in the industry.Paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick days.401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans (individual and family coverage).Voluntary FSA, life insurance, and short/long-term disability options.Opportunity to support our 501(c)3 charity, Feeding the Future, Inc., which provides over 500,000 meals annually to children in need.Opportunities for advancement.Full-time hourly wage commensurate with experience and industry benchmarks.Support Marketing Operations leaders to execute projects, most specifically retail promotions.Utilize cloud-based content management systems (CMS) to manage, maintain, and deploy digital signage playlists and content.Coordinate with field operations and other cross-functional teams to manage digital signage & POS network and ensure accuracy of content.Maintain ad content exceptions by brand and category for each market location.Collaborate with the creative services and design team to coordinate promotional ad content.Support the management and maintenance of marketing technology systems and databases.Support the execution of projects related to the retail customer experience including but not limited to rewards activation, engagement campaigns, insights surveys, and retail pricing.Support the reporting and analysis process for marketing projects and activities including but not limited to insights and satisfaction surveys, rewards program, and retail promotions.Assist with retail mobile app initiatives, including data compilation and promotional execution.Aid in the coordination and execution of company-wide, community, and Feeding the Future events.Additional related duties, responsibilities, and projects are subject to assignment.Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields (Marketing, Business, Data Analysis, etc.)One (1) or more year(s) marketing project management experience [preferred, but not required]Proficiency using cloud-based software and all Microsoft Office applications, especially ExcelStrong interpersonal and written communications skillsStrong listening skills and a passion for customer service excellenceHigh levels of organization and attention to detailAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively across multiple teams and departmentsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete on deadlineAbility to be proactive and take initiative with limited need for guidance on projectsHigh levels of self-directedness, determination, persistence, and optimismEqual opportunity employer as to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
