ER RN: Fast-Paced Critical Care & Triage Expert

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and quick-thinking Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. The ER Nurse will be responsible for providing rapid assessment and treatment to patients in critical condition, ensuring high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Triage patients based on severity of condition using standardized protocols Administer medications, IVs, and emergency interventions as needed Monitor vital signs and patient progress; document accurately in EMR Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for patient care planning Provide emotional support and education to patients and families Maintain a clean, safe, and organized ER environmentShwetank Sharma Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and infection control standards Participate in emergency codes and disaster preparedness drills Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in state.
