Construction Project Manager - Healthcare

Job Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee healthcare construction projects from planning through implementation
Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, inspectors, healthcare authorities, stakeholders, and clients
Manage project communication and coordination
Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors to obtain reasonable costs
Review project costs and change orders
Monitor project progress and deadlines
Maintain high standards of workmanship
Ensure construction follows approved plans and specifications
Identify and resolve project issues
Coordinate project activities from preconstruction through completion
Minimum 7 years of construction industry experience
Minimum 2 years of healthcare construction project coordination experience
Experience with healthcare construction projects valued at more than 8 million dollars
Direct experience with HCAI construction and design processes required
Design Build experience preferred
Experience managing subcontractors and onsite personnel
Strong project scheduling and budgeting experience
Strong understanding of construction plans and specifications
Strong contractor negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
