Job Description Connally Insurance is a local Farmers Agency in Monterey, California, and our team is growing! We are looking to add a friendly, experienced office professional to join our team. In this Full-Time position, you will be responsible for answering customer questions, managing projects and confidently helping our clients. Process customer policy change requests. Document each customer contact in our client management system. Greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner. Take premium payments from customers. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Develop and maintain client relationships. Remind clients about bills that are coming due. Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe. Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone. Work towards achieving your Property and Casualty license within 3 months after hire. Requirements Possess an upbeat, positive attitude. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Excellent communication/interpersonal skills. Must have ability to multi-task. Professional phone etiquette. Exceptional business writing and editing skills. Ability to take feedback and adapt.
