This position serves as a key point of contact for associates, manages HR systems and reporting, and ensures consistent execution of HR processes, communications, and compliance activities. Strong attention to detail, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Employee Support & HR Operations — Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions related to benefits, HR systems, and general HR processes; provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and available resources; support escalated employee concerns and ensure timely resolution; facilitate new hire onboarding; conduct exit interviews and coordinate offboarding; administer drug screenings, background checks, and DOT documentation. HR Communications — Develop and manage communication trigger points across HR processes; draft and distribute company-wide and targeted HR communications; support messaging for HR initiatives, programs, and organizational updates. Data Management, Auditing & Reporting — Audit and maintain HR data including rosters, allocations, and bonus data; ensure accuracy across multiple HR data sources and resolve discrepancies; maintain data integrity through ongoing review, cleanup, and audit tracking; produce and maintain weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports; headcount and allocation reporting; new hire, termination, and position change tracking. Ensure consistent execution of HR processes and communications across the organization.
