Mind 24-7
Mind 24-7 in Phoenix seeks a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support patients in crisis stabilization and psychiatric care. You will work directly with nursing and clinical teams to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and respond to crises as the first line of interaction. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1–3 years in behavioral health (preferred), and a Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one. Excellent communication and calm under pressure are essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mind 24-7
