Plumber

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong technical plumbing expertise and experience working in both residential and commercial environments. This role goes beyond traditional plumbing work and includes supporting water efficiency initiatives, system diagnostics, and modern utility infrastructure such as metering and monitoring systems. The Plumber will play a key role in delivering high-quality service while helping clients reduce water waste and improve system performance. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and multi-unit properties Diagnose plumbing issues including leaks, pressure irregularities, and system inefficiencies Perform pipe installation, replacement, and upgrades according to code and specifications Support installation and maintenance of water meters, submeters, and monitoring systems Conduct system inspections and recommend solutions to improve water efficiency Respond to service requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company policies Collaborate with team members and project managers on larger infrastructure or utility projects Maintain accurate job documentation and service reports Qualifications Valid plumbing license or certification preferred (or equivalent experience depending on jurisdiction) Proven experience as a plumber in residential, commercial, or utility environments Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and repair techniques Experience with or willingness to learn water metering, submetering, or monitoring systems Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex plumbing issues Comfortable working in multi-unit or large-scale property environments Strong communication and customer service skills Physically able to perform fieldwork in varying conditions Preferred Attributes Strong focus on water conservation and efficiency Tech‑comfortable (able to work with modern diagnostic or monitoring tools) Detail‑oriented and solution‑driven mindset Reliable, professional, and accountable in field operations Team‑oriented with a proactive approach to work #J-18808-Ljbffr
