Description: Lead HVAC Installer – $30–$45/hr. Company Van Syracuse, NY Pay: $30.00–$45.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level Company Van | Paid Drive Time | No On-Call | Job & Performance Bonuses | Year-Round Work Holbrook Heating Inc. is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our Syracuse team. If you are a skilled HVAC installer who can confidently lead residential and light commercial installation projects from start to finish, we would like to talk with you. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, can provide direction to helpers, and can keep an installation organized, efficient, and completed to company standards. What We Offer $30.00–$45.00 per hour , based on experience and skill level Full-time, year-round employment No on-call requirement Company-provided van Paid drive time Job and performance bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance eligibility after 90 days 401(k) eligibility after one year with company match Paid vacation Paid holidays Opportunities for advancement Stable employment with an established and growing HVAC company Professional, team-oriented work environment Requirements: What You'll Do Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects from start to completion Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related HVAC equipment Lead and provide direction to helpers on assigned jobs Review job requirements before starting work and ensure necessary materials and equipment are available Troubleshoot installation issues and determine appropriate solutions Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, company standards, and applicable codes Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management Complete required job documentation accurately and promptly Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite Properly maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment What We're Looking For Five or more years of HVAC installation experience preferred Strong residential HVAC installation experience Light commercial installation experience preferred Strong knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, electrical components, and HVAC installation procedures Ability to read installation instructions, blueprints, and job specifications Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to lead and provide direction to helpers Strong communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Dependable, professional, and committed to quality workmanship Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position Ready for Your Next HVAC Opportunity?
