Model expertise in Prepared Foods and Café and work collaboratively with other team leaders to ensure the club meets members’ expectations. What you'll do Be a Team Leader : Supervises the team within all prepared foods departments, facilitates rotations through fresh areas, manages member needs, communicates goals, executes company programs, adheres to policies, and advocates for members, associates, and the company. Be an Expert : Maintains knowledge of business on the floor and backroom operations, ensures the prepared foods area meets company and regulatory standards for quality, inventory, production, sanitation, equipment usage, safety, and compliance; manages seasonality, new products, recipes, processes, and production specifications. Be a Techie : Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement. Utilizes handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality, adopting new tools and encouraging others to use them. Be an Owner : Drives business results, ensures operational excellence, plans for profitability, maintains a neat, clean, safe work area, ensures appropriate staffing levels and accurate audit and compliance standards, displays merchandise according to layout plan, and engages with other departments and third‑party partners. Be a Talent Ambassador : Teaches and trains the team, identifies training needs, develops necessary skills, encourages career growth, and sources new talent internally and externally. Promote and support compliance : Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, implements action plans, and assists management with correcting ethical and compliance issues. Must be able to successfully complete all required job trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period. Must be 18 years of age or older.
