Job Opportunity: Pediatric Otolaryngologist
Our organization is actively seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Pediatric Otolaryngologist to enhance our team within the Department of Otolaryngology. The ideal candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for teaching in a collaborative, faith-oriented setting.
Position OverviewWe are looking for two fellowship-trained Pediatric Otolaryngologists to fill roles at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. Currently, our department is staffed by two Board-certified, fellowship-trained Pediatric Otolaryngologists who manage all facets of Pediatric Otolaryngology.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care in Pediatric Otolaryngology.
- Engage in teaching and mentoring residents and medical students.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to academic activities.
- MD or DO with Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology/HNS.
- Possession of a California Medical License or eligibility to obtain one.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Completion of a Pediatric Otolaryngology fellowship prior to starting the position.
Our practice is bustling, comprising 21 physicians and 7 Advanced Practice providers, along with 19 ENT residents in training. The Pediatric ENT and Audiology office is conveniently situated within one mile of our main campus, and our team also sees patients at various satellite clinics.

Compensation & BenefitsThe anticipated total annual compensation ranges from $350,000 to $550,000. This range includes variable compensation and is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as detailed in the department's compensation plan. The starting base salary, which is adjusted based on experience and faculty rank, is expected to be between $280,000 and $420,000. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
