Experienced HVAC Service Technician

What You’ll Do Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled service calls Diagnose HVAC system issues and complete approved repairs Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers and leadership Maintain accurate service documentation Support and mentor junior technicians as needed Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work environment What We’re Looking For 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience Universal EPA Certification Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to manage multiple service calls efficiently Strong communication and customer service skills Nate Certification is preferred, but not required Benefits Health insurance (65% employer‑paid) Dental and vision insurance 401(k) with 4% company match Take‑home company vehicle Tool allowance (up to $500 per year) Paid time off and paid holidays Company‑provided phone and tablet Team events and company gatherings Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
