Operations Support Specialist

Opportunity Provide foundational operational support across team engagement, communications, logistics, and budget coordination. Responsibilities include managing team engagement and integrated operational excellence, including maintaining team calendar, supporting budget tracking, coordinating documentation, SharePoint, and records management, and enabling smooth daytoday workflow across the Leadership, Talent and Performance team. Coordinate team meetings, events, and engagement touchpoints. Maintain team engagement calendars and shared resources. Support execution of culturebuilding and teamconnection activities. Track team budgets and spend. Support monthly and quarterly budget summaries. Coordinate with Finance partners and team leads to ensure effective budget management. Draft internal updates, meeting notes, and reminders. Support leadership communication materials. Maintain Teams and SharePoint documentation repositories. Manage tracking of team deliverables and followups. Support onboarding setup and coordination. Manage the team work activity calendar. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required. You have Experience coordinating logistics, scheduling, or operations tasks. Experience with using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Copilot, SharePoint, and Excel. Ability to proactively manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional stakeholders. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $48,000.00 to $98,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Work Model Remote : If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
