We are seeking an experienced Lead Ultrasound Technologist to join our diagnostic imaging team in Boston, MA. This role is ideal for an ultrasound professional with strong OB/GYN imaging experience and previous leadership or supervisory experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations, with a primary focus on OB/GYN imaging .
- Lead and support ultrasound staff while helping ensure efficient daily department operations.
- Maintain patient safety, comfort, and quality standards throughout examinations.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to provide accurate diagnostic imaging.
- Assist with staff training, workflow coordination, and maintaining departmental standards.
- Support quality assurance, equipment functionality, and compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Associate degree or completion of a 2-year patient-based allied health program in Ultrasound, Medical Sonography, Radiology, or a related field.
- Armed Forces equivalent medic/corpsman program may also be considered with DD-214 documentation .
- RDMS certification required.
- Minimum 2 years of Level II OB/GYN ultrasound experience required.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits
