Legal Assistant/Paralegal

Overview We are seeking a dedicated candidate with significant litigation experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of legal procedures. Responsibilities Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other court documents. Manage case files efficiently and ensure adherence to strict deadlines. Maintain clear and ongoing communication with clients, providing updates and answering questions. Organize discovery processes, handle time entry accurately, and operate the phone system professionally. Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe. Familiarity with Odyssey e‑filing highly desirable. Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced legal environment. Schedule & Benefits The position will have standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., but may require flexibility for additional hours as necessary to meet deadlines or client needs.
