Litigation Paralegal

Job Number: 32353 Salary: $75K-$90K DOE Industry: Legal Must Haves 2-3+ years of paralegal experience required, preferably in commercial litigation Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems Experience with e-discovery software Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate Your New Role With top-notch editing skills and a knack for organization, you may be the ideal fit for this Litigation Paralegal opening on a commercial litigation team at a highly respected firm. In this role, you’ll dig into complex litigation cases alongside a fellow paralegal, providing dedicated support to an attorney who handles a wide range of commercial matters – real estate, landlord/tenant, securities class action, contract disputes, real property, and business torts. Your responsibilities will include drafting, formatting, and proofreading a variety of legal documents; preparing filings for state, federal, and appellate courts; managing calendars and docketing deadlines; coordinating with clients; and maintaining organized client files. Competitive candidates will be highly organized with strong research, writing, and proofreading skills; this team appreciates detail aptitude, resourcefulness, and a willingness to ask questions. This is an in-office position with some hybrid flexibility after 90 days.
