Customer Success Manager: As a CSM, you will be the primary strategic partner for our grocery retail clients. Your mission is to ensure long-term retention and growth by helping stores maintain a "gold standard" product database. You will bridge the gap between technical data management and retail operations, ensuring that every itemfrom the deli scale to the checkout laneis priced and categorized accurately. You will bridge technical innovation and business results. You wont just be "managing accounts"; you will be a strategic partner to our merchants ensuring our platform becomes the heartbeat of their operations. Your goal is to drive product adoption and turn every implementation into a success story. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Key Responsibilities **Strategic Onboarding:**Guide new merchants through the transition from sales to "go-live," ensuring hardware setup and software configurations are optimized for their specific workflow. **Custom File Building:**Guide new clients through the migration of legacy data into the POS system, ensuring tax jurisdictions, EBT eligibility, and WIC flags are correctly mapped. **Vendor File Management:**Help retailers automate the import of product files to keep costs and MSRPs current. **Operational Consultation:**You aren't just teaching buttons; youre teaching workflows. Whether in person or remotely, you show them how to use the software to run their store efficiently through the back office functions.
