ClearDent Implementation Specialist

Salary: $59,500 - 68,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 2 years of dental practice management experience
• At least 1 year of training experience, or equivalent
• Experience using ClearDent software
• Able to work independently and train people with varying experience levels in different settings
• Strong customer relationship-building, organizational, and record-keeping skills
• Efficient, self-directed, energetic, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Empathetic, emotionally intelligent, diplomatic, and skilled at solving problems
• Curious, eager to grow, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and collaborative with a positive attitude
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
• Must live in Canada and be eligible to work there

• Analyze customers business processes and guide them through a smooth transition to our systems
• Deliver on-site and remote training, along with consultative services
• Develop educational materials and host webinars
• Build strong customer relationships and support customers success
• Keep customer contact histories and training records accurate in our CRM
• Collaborate with product management to improve our software applications and services
• Take on other duties as assigned
