Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Lin Zhao Insurance Agency, a top-performing Farmers Insurance agency in Fremont, is seeking a full-time Bilingual Mandarin Customer Service Representative to support our growing client base. In this customer-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and prospects. You will provide professional service, process policy changes, answer coverage questions, maintain accurate client records, follow up on leads, and help identify clients’ insurance needs. This position combines customer service, relationship building, and sales support. Responsibilities Provide excellent service to clients and prospects by phone, email, and in person Assist with policy changes, billing questions, claims inquiries, and coverage questions Follow up on leads and support sales activities Maintain accurate client records and documentation Work with the team to meet service and production goals Qualifications Fluent in Mandarin and English, spoken and written Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Positive, self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office High school diploma or equivalent California Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license required by start date. Candidates without an active license may apply but must obtain the required license before employment begins.
