About the Role

Key responsibilities include leading the organization's long-term strategic vision, participating in fundraising initiatives, and developing and executing strategies to grow the community. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should possess strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset. Familiarity with Jewish young-professional culture and programming is strongly preferred. The role demands a high level of visibility and engagement, including participation in community and holiday events. The ideal candidate will be adept at moving between high-level strategy and hands-on execution, and comfortable with digital tools, CRM platforms, and social media/event-marketing systems.
