About the Role
The Company is in search of a Regional Vice President to spearhead and expand operations within the Midwest region. The successful candidate will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of treatment and service facilities, ensuring consistent performance across wastewater, waste handling, and industrial operations. This leadership role demands a hands-on approach, with a focus on driving financial performance, strengthening execution across multiple sites, and integrating newly acquired businesses. The ideal candidate will have a background in a technical discipline such as chemical engineering, environmental engineering, or mechanical engineering, and at least 10 years of progressive operations leadership experience in industrial, environmental, chemical, or related processing environments. Key responsibilities for the Regional Vice President include owning the full P&L performance for the region, driving margin improvement, and maintaining strong plant-level economics. The role also involves translating complex customer requirements into safe and compliant operating solutions, partnering with commercial leadership to evaluate new business opportunities, and leading a team of General Managers to ensure operational excellence. The candidate should have a proven track record of leading through growth, change, or acquisition-driven environments, and a strong understanding of safety and compliance expectations. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline is required, along with a strong leadership presence and the ability to influence both field operations and executive stakeholders. The position is ideal for a leader who is motivated by building, optimizing, and scaling regional performance, and who is comfortable with a high-travel role that involves regular on-site engagement across multiple locations.
