Workday Financials Consultant (Charlotte, NC)

Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes, assess the organization’s current state, and define future state solutions. Lead client workshops to educate stakeholders and guide them through Workday Financials functionalities. Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Serve as the primary escalation point for critical Workday Financials issues. Architect cohesive, cross-functional solutions, ensuring seamless integration across workstreams. Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies for project delivery and best practices.
