In this role, you will report to the Senior Director, GTM People Team Business Partner and support our strategic initiatives, partnering closely with Go-To-Market leaders. You will develop and implement proactive solutions for a broad scope of activities, ensuring alignment on initiatives and priorities, maintaining open and transparent lines of communication and keeping our teams thriving and well supported. You will serve as a strategic partner with strong client partnership based in business acumen, focusing on organizational design, talent management, and driving initiatives and change leadership. Who you are Motivated by cultivating company culture, building great businesses, and helping people do their best work. Minimum 12 years of experience on a People/HR team, with at least 5 years as a business partner. Success history of developing strong relationships and operating effectively through virtual support and in a distributed environment. Links HR strategy to business outcomes, with a business‑first mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit. Think of and present solutions to problems and turn challenges into opportunities. Experienced in large‑scale change initiatives and understand complexity. Strong business acumen and track record of partnering closely with business leaders. Has built at least one scalable program from the ground up and built credibility across all levels of an organization. Influencer that leads with empathy, skilled in implementing workforce plans, leveraging subject‑matter experts, and enabling programmatic solutions in talent management, workforce planning, engagement surveys, and organizational design. Skillful communicator, verbally in small and large groups, and in written communications. Generous with time, earning and maintaining the trust of people. Integrity‑driven: speaks truth, acts with respect, and leads with dignity. Demonstrated success using AI as a strategic multiplier to enhance productivity and operational efficiency, and leverages AI‑driven insights to solve complex organizational challenges. Compensation San Francisco Bay Area based hires: Estimated annual salary of $187,000 – $257,000. New York City and Washington based hires: Estimated annual salary of $178,000 – $245,000. Colorado based hires: Estimated annual salary of $162,000 – $223,000. This role is eligible to earn incentive compensation under Cloudflare’s Sales Compensation Plan. The estimated annual salary range includes the on‑target incentive compensation that may be attained in this role under the Sales Compensation Plan.
