Accounts Payable Analyst

Responsibilities
- Leading projects and tasks within the payments "tower" of Accounts Payable (AP)
- This position works to ensure smooth payment processing through identifying and resolving issues preventing payment and validating previous day’s payments files.
- This position works with the IT groups on Accounts Payable related system enhancements.
- Assists the US Tax Team with mailing tax returns.
- Interaction with various operating groups and vendors to provide payment processing support and issue resolution.
- Ensures compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX).
- The Accounts Payable Analyst works with Accounts Payable offshore group to ensure efficient payment processing.
- In addition, you would need to be a highly motivated self-starter and change agent, with demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional teams, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong process and system focus, ability to manage multiple priorities with conflicting deadlines, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
