Do you love working with your hands? We're hiring and excited to meet you! We are seeking operators for our saws, bending machines and other production equipment to help us start up our new plant. What You’ll Be Doing Will perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to operating saws, benders, and other production equipment to meet customer requirements as specified by work order, blueprints and diagrams of the part. More experienced operators may perform independent setup following orientation and initial training. Essential Duties and Responsibilities May set up tools, dies and equipment, and make adjustments in dies and equipment used in producing product. Use computer software to produce tickets and labels. Operate equipment using efficient procedures to ensure meeting production standards and uses the necessary measuring tools to ensure required quality standards are met. Keep all required records and maintain a clean work area. Follow all verbal and written instructions pertaining to the operation of dies and equipment as well as any other jobs to which he/she may be assigned.May require assistance of a lead person to make necessary adjustments to dies, machinery and equipment. Perform the following processes: press set‑ups and operation, buffing, packing, bending, deburring, sawing, sorting, reworking, helping other operators, operating of forklift and/or cranes, loading and unloading parts from lines or machines. Schedule: This 1st shift position and will typically work Monday to Thursday, 5AM to 3:30PM and overtime as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Related experience and training with machine operations, including knowledge of G&M Code, CNC fundamentals.
