Source prospective healthcare talent through our exclusive platform alongside your personal networks. Engage with potential candidates to introduce MLR's opportunities and assess interest. Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screenings. Follow up on leads to sustain enthusiasm and assist in the hiring journey. Maintain accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system. Earn commission based on meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and hires placed from your leads.
