Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse

Intermountain Health is seeking a compassionate Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you’ll provide safe, family-centered care to mothers, newborns, and families through all stages of labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum recovery. You will perform comprehensive maternal-fetal assessments, continuous fetal monitoring, medication and IV administration, and coordinate care with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, midwives, and support staff. You will educate and advocate for patients, support birth plans, respond to obstetric emergencies, and maintain accurate documentation in the EHR.
