Victaulic sales representatives are out on the road every day, meeting with valued customers, visiting job sites and building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure continued success. Our sales team consists of team players who are self-starters with strong problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude and a drive to succeed and communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.

In this outside sales role, you will:

• Become the expert: Learn the products, know the industry, and understand the business.
• Build strong relationships: Develop trust with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building/project owners in your territory.
• Educate and influence: Educate customers about the value of Victaulic products and influence decision-makers to maximize sales potential.

Qualities we seek in you as a territory manager:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience selling value added products/services, preferably related to the commercial construction industry.
• Demonstrated achievements in sales and history of developing and nurturing long-standing relationships.
• Competitive nature, flexibility, resiliency, self-motivation, and willingness to travel.
• Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, creative thinking, organization, time management, and project management skills.
