We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Recruiter to join our fast-paced and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong recruiting background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to successfully manage and fill multiple work orders in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

Source, recruit, screen, and interview qualified candidates

Ensure all client work orders are filled in a timely manner

Maintain strong communication with clients and candidates

Manage recruiting priorities in a fast-paced environment

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent

Coordinate onboarding and employee placement activities

Work closely with management to meet staffing goals and deadlines

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience required

Staffing agency experience preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Excellent communication and follow-up skills

Self-motivated and goal-driven

Basic computer and administrative skills
