Product Controller - Payments External Reporting - Associate

Join our Payments External Reporting to produce and coordinate regulatory reporting for the business. Be a key contributor to our financial success.Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:Produce and coordinate daily, monthly, and quarterly regulatory reporting for Global Payments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submissionSupport Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP) deliverables, including data gathering, documentation, and internal coordinationExecute and evidence controls across reporting and governance processes; support issue remediation and audit/exam responses as requiredPrepare and maintain materials for monthly BCC meetings, including papers, updates, action tracking, and stakeholder coordinationContribute to Resiliency Planning activities, including documentation, governance support, and process improvementsPartner with stakeholders across Payments, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to resolve data/process questions and improve reporting qualityIdentify opportunities to streamline processes through standardization and automationExperience in reporting, governance, controls, risk, finance operations, or a related functionStrong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines across varied deliverablesEffective stakeholder management and written communication skills, with comfort producing concise governance materialsPreferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:Payments experience preferredStrong analytical skills and proficiency with common data tools (e.g., Excel); ability to learn new systems quicklyBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related areaExcellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationshipsPractical fluency with AI-enabled productivity tools to accelerate research, writing, analysis, and stakeholder communicationsStrong judgment in applying AI—knowing when to use AI vs. manual analysis, and validating outputs for accuracy, completeness, tone, and audience fitTo be eligible for this role, you must be authorized to work in the United States.
