Job Description Commercial Insurance Producer
Job Summary Seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Insurance Producer to join a growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in commercial insurance sales and a proven ability to generate revenue. The successful candidate will focus on developing middle-market commercial accounts across various industries, building relationships with business owners, and driving new business opportunities.

Compensation Package
- Base Salary: Customized draw structure (e.g., approximately $5,000 monthly draw)
- Commissions:
- 40% New Business Commission
- 30-35% Renewal Commission
- Additional Benefits: Competitive benefits package
- Prospect and generate new commercial business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and referral partners.
- Identify and develop new revenue streams to contribute to the agency's growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal service and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Actively contribute to the agency's overall commercial revenue growth.
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty License preferred.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial insurance production strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of success in new business development and revenue generation.
- Skills:
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Applied Epic is preferred.
- Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experienced producers are highly desirable.
- Open to candidates with less experience who demonstrate strong sales potential, drive, and ambition.
