This is one of the fastest-rising menswear labels out of Australia right now, building serious cultural momentum and quickly becoming a name in trending men's fashion. This October, the brand is bringing that energy to LA for a 2-week takeover, and we're looking for stylish Sales Advisors who can bring real energy to the floor and turn a walk-in into a genuine fan in minutes, not hours.

This is a short, fast-moving pop-up in one of the most competitive retail neighborhoods in the world, every single shift matters. We need people who move fast, know the culture, and love the intensity of a moment that won't last long.

The Role

As a Sales Advisor , you'll be on the floor every day of this 2-week pop-up, the one actually talking to customers, building hype in real time, and making sure every person who walks in leaves knowing exactly why this brand is worth paying attention to. You don't need a long resume for this one, you need real cultural fluency, magnetic energy, and the drive to make every single interaction count.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely lives and breathes menswear and streetwear culture, thrives under pressure, and loves the idea of being part of a brand's first real moment in a new market.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

• High-energy and culturally plugged in, genuinely knows menswear, streetwear, and what's actually trending right now

• Magnetic on the floor, people are naturally drawn to your energy, and you know how to turn that into a sale without it ever feeling forced

• Confident and thrives under pressure,this is a short window with no room for a slow start

• Strong personal style and presence that reflects the brand's identity

• Comfortable jumping in fast, with minimal ramp-up time before doors open

• A genuine team player who feeds off the group's energy and helps keep it high all day, every day

Key Requirements

• Retail experience is a plus, not a requirement, real cultural credibility and energy matter more than a resume line

• Menswear or streetwear knowledge and genuine personal interest strongly preferred

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, limited-run pop-up environment, this isn't a slow-build retail rollout

• Available for the full 2-week duration in October, including evenings and weekends

• Based in or able to work on-site in Los Angeles for the full duration

What You'll Own

Customer Experience

• Create a high-energy, culturally credible experience that matches how this brand is perceived in the market

• Turn walk-ins into genuine fans, this is about building brand loyalty in a short window, not just closing a sale

• Bring real product knowledge and styling advice to every customer interaction

• Support key moments and VIP/press visits with the polish the brand's rising profile demands

Sales Performance

• Own your individual sales performance across the compressed 2-week window, every shift counts toward the pop-up's success

• Read the room and adjust your approach in real time to keep momentum building

• Flag standout customer moments or trends to the Store Manager as they come up

Visual Merchandising & Floor Presentation

• Help maintain sharp, trend-forward visual merchandising that reflects the brand's fast-rising identity

• Keep your section of the floor feeling fresh and energized throughout the day, not just at opening

Operations Support

• Support opening/closing procedures and tight inventory tracking during a limited-stock run

• Assist with stock replenishment on the floor given the compressed timeline and limited inventory

• Pitch in wherever the team needs it, this is a small, high-intensity team, and everyone carries their weight

Success Metrics

• Strong individual sales performance across the full 2-week run

• Real, visible energy and brand buzz generated through your interactions on the floor

• Positive contribution to a high-energy, well-run floor from open to close, every day

• Genuine customer connections that turn walk-ins into fans, not just one-time buyers
