What You'll Do as a Barista As a barista at 8 , you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a great cup of coffee. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages.
- Providing excellent customer service by greeting and engaging with guests.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Upholding food safety and hygiene standards.
We’re seeking individuals who bring enthusiasm, energy, and a love for coffee to our team. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Ability to work 5-8 hours without sitting.
- A friendly and approachable attitude with strong communication skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- No prior experience required—just bring your passion for great coffee and customer service!
