• License/Certs: Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), MN RT license, BLS, ACLS certifications required
• Experience: Open to new graduates or with 1+ year of experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

• Pay Range: $36.92 - $50.29 per hour

What You'll Do

• Provide and monitor therapeutic oxygen, aerosols, humidification, and respiratory medications
• Apply and oversee both non-invasive and invasive mechanical ventilation support
• Assist with cardiopulmonary resuscitation, airway management, and artificial airway care
• Obtain and interpret pulmonary function data, suggest therapy modifications
• Educate patients and families on respiratory health, prevention, and recovery
• Manage documentation and billing as per policy
• Support pharmacy functions including stock management, medication preparation, and equipment checks when working in Chaska

What You Need
Required:

• Certification as a Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Valid Minnesota RT license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification (preferred)
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively in English
• Attention to detail and equipment proficiency

Preferred:

• Open to new graduates
• Previous respiratory therapy experience (1 year preferred)
