Assistant Controller
North Fresno, CA | Full-Time | $60,000 – $75,000 + Full Benefits

What You’ll Be DoingThis is a hands-on role where no two days look exactly the same. You’ll be involved in both core accounting functions and ongoing operational projects:
- Perform GL reconciliations and maintain accuracy across accounts
- Track and manage loan balances and related activity
- Review and analyze expenses and financial data
- Assist with financial reporting and month-end processes
- Approve bills and oversee payables workflow
- Support various accounting and administrative projects as they arise
- Help maintain organization and efficiency in a high-volume transaction environment
- Strong, hands-on accounting experience (this matters more than a degree)
- Experience with:
- General Ledger reconciliations
- Expense tracking and reporting
- Loan/account balance management
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Willingness to jump in and help with projects and process improvements
- A team player who communicates well and takes ownership of their work
No degree required —real-world experience and a strong work ethic are what count here.
