JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Color Administrative Support professional to assist with administrative tasks related to color sample management and logistics. This role is primarily administrative, with hands-on support in organizing, tracking, and processing color samples. Key Responsibilities Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of color samples Organize and file color samples in numerical and systematic order Support the Refinish Parts Program through administrative coordination Assist with loading and maintaining the Lionville Color Library Handle shipping, receiving, sorting, and processing of color sample shipments Prepare and create pre-paid shipping labels Label and track color samples for inventory accuracy Support general administration tasks using Microsoft Excel and Word Learn and navigate internal systems for sample tracking and reporting Required Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organization skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Willingness to learn internal systems and processes Adaptable, reliable, and team-oriented Preferred Qualifications Experience in administrative or logistics support is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move materials up to 25-50lbs (metal color samples/parts) Education: High School
