Senior Total Rewards Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager in Irving, Texas, to design and manage our rewards programs and ensure competitive, compliant total rewards. The role partners with HR leadership to attract and retain top talent while controlling costs. The position oversees vendor management for benefits, designs pay and incentive programs, and supports annual compensation planning and pay equity audits.
