Coordinate and manage vendors to deliver quality results and meet project deadlines. Lead, train, and develop technicians and installers to maximize team performance and job site safety. Ensure accurate material tracking, invoicing, and compliance with company safety policies. Qualifications 3+ years of project management experience (low voltage or related industry preferred). Industry certifications (BICSI, PMP, or manufacturer‑specific certifications a plus). Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Proficiency with MS Office and project management software. Experience with budgeting, billing, and operational analysis. Additional manufacturer certifications or training are a plus.
