Requirements 3-6 years of experience, preferably at a top law firm. Regulatory experience with the SEC's Division of Investment Management is valued. Outstanding writing and analytical skills. Admitted to the state bar or eligible to waive in. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications State bar admission.
