The Human Resources Technology System (HRTS) is an intuitive, user-friendly system that provides the applicant access to real-time updates throughout the hiring process. Experience providing individual or group clinical interventions and crisis interventions. Experience coordinating discharge, transition, reentry, and continuity-of-care services. Experience linking individuals to community mental health, substance use, housing, benefits, medical, employment, educational, and other supportive services. Experience working with justice-involved, forensic, correctional, probation/parole, and/or reentry populations. Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and community providers.
