Position Overview Clinical Social Worker (Health/CF) Safety, Ironwood State Prison (ISP), Blythe, Riverside County. Limited Term Position This is a limited term position which may be extended or become permanent. Responsibilities Under the general direction of the Senior Psychologist, Correctional Facility (CF) Supervisor, or the Supervising Psychiatric Social Worker, CF, conduct assessments and summarize case information. Diagnose and collaborate in the formulation of diagnoses. Develop, monitor, and modify treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary treatment team. Provide assessments, group therapy, and collateral conferences, and document and evaluate patients’ progress in treatment. Coordinate placement with community resources and the Classification and Parole Representative. Benefits & Compensation Base salary subject to the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) – 3% reduction for full‑time employees, with prorated adjustments for part‑time and permanent intermittent employees. Eligible for a $10,000 one‑time recruitment and retention stipend, and a monthly recruitment and retention differential in the first year totaling $20,000 (subject to eligibility criteria). Eligible for a $5,000 referral bonus if hired and remaining employed with CCHCS for 90 days. Pay classification under Section 5, Hiring‑Above‑Minimum (HAM) rating: P $8,678 – Q $9,319.
