Position Details: This direct hire role is part time, on call, and performs work in the M Store on the campus of Maryville University. Hours will range within 8:00AM- 6:00PM and available to work rotational weekends. Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time. Lifting up to 55lbs and a valid driver's license is needed. We handle all incoming package deliveries for the University Faculty and Students. Hourly Compensation: $15.00-17.00 USD per hour Amenities: Free Parking Responsibilities The Copy/Mail Team Member will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude, in addition to: Operating mailing, copy and fax equipment Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude Shipping & Receiving/Ordering supplies Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines as well as all safety procedures Perform other tasks as assigned Qualifications The Copy/Mail Team Member will possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written, is effectively able to work independently and in a team environment, in addition to: Must have access to reliable transportation to reach locations not on public transportation routes High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred Professional appearance and demeanor Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment Lifting up to 55 pounds IST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
