Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Direct-Hire:  CNC Industrial Mechanic

1st Shift- Monday-Thursday   

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled CNC and Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the integrity and performance of our facility infrastructure and CNC equipment.

 

salary: $66,000 - $80,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 4:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

 

• Perform routine inspections and scheduled preventive maintenance on CNC machines and throughout the facility.
• Monitor and maintain proper coolant concentration levels.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues related to shop equipment.
• Read and interpret machine electrical prints, ladder diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Use precision test equipment for troubleshooting and calibration
• Troubleshoot CNC machines through their control panels and interfaces.
• Perform Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities and analyze TPM inspection reports.

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC maintenance and facility maintenance
• strong communication skills to effectively interact with co-workers and outside suppliers
• Self-driven and proactive with the ability to work successfully with limited supervision
• Organized, reliable, and demonstrates a positive “can-do” attitude
• Basic math and computer skills are helpful
