Tax Manager

We are conducting a c onfidential search for a Tax Manager to join a single-family office supporting complex financial matters, related entities, investments, and business activities. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with strong experience across tax planning, tax compliance, financial analysis, and accounting who enjoys taking ownership and working closely with senior decision-makers and outside advisors. What You'll Work On: Individual and entity-level tax planning and compliance. Multi-state tax matters and tax projections. Financial modeling and after-tax analysis. Review of complex partnership and investment-related tax information. Accounting, reconciliations, and monthly close. Financial reporting, budgeting, and cash-flow analysis. Coordination with external tax, legal, and financial advisors. Special projects involving investments, transactions, entities, and other financial matters. What We're Looking For: 6-10 years of progressive tax experience Strong individual and pass-through tax knowledge Demonstrated tax planning experience Experience working directly with clients, principals, or senior decision-makers Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Experience with accounting/GL systems Strong communication, discretion, and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field CPA, MST, JD, or LLM is a plus This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a high-ownership, small-team environment and is comfortable moving between technical tax matters, financial analysis, accounting, and special projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr Add Source Group, LLC
