Director of Operations

Role Overview We are seeking a senior Revenue Cycle Management leader to oversee practice management software implementations and client operations. Required Experience Preferred years of experience: 7–10+ years in Revenue Cycle Management (preferably Worker’s Compensation), client operations, or healthcare SaaS operations. 3–5 years in a leadership role managing teams and client‑facing functions. Proven experience leading or supporting Practice Management software implementations (preferably WC). This includes client onboarding and go‑live execution, workflow design and process mapping, and cross‑functional coordination between product, operations, and clients. Experience managing multiple concurrent implementations is strongly preferred. Preferred Industry or Product Experience Healthcare RCM experience – preferably Workers’ Compensation/Personal Injury experience. SaaS based environments experience supporting complex onboarding environments. Product Software Management Project Management – preferably in Healthcare software. Key Skills and Technical Aptitude Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced preferred). Experience with reporting, KPI tracking, and data analysis. Familiarity with EHR/RCM systems, clearinghouses, or billing platforms. Experience with workflow tools, dashboards, or automation tools (e.g., CRM, ticketing systems). Experience managing a support & ps department – preferably building/scaling a team in a fast‑paced and growing environment. Language and Travel Requirements Language: English (fluent, written and verbal) – strong communication skills required. Travel: up to 25%.
