Serves as a resource and coach to the Trust Officers and addresses escalated issues. Primary attributes include the leadership and diplomacy to coordinate multiple parties of interest, including beneficiaries, relationship managers, attorneys, accountants and advisors. Provides expert fiduciary advice, demonstrates fiduciary document interpretation acumen as well as knowledge and application of relevant trust law. Must possess the force of personality and leadership ability to be regarded as a senior fiduciary expert and problem resolution resource for her/his teams. Performs routine hr duties such as reviews, hiring and corrective coaching.
