Each service technician has a minimum of 4 years of experience, with most technicians having an average of 8 years or more. GET TO KNOW THE RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN POSITION

Schedule: This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime or weekend availability as needed.

What You'll Be Doing: As a Residential Maintenance Technician, every day will be a new adventure! You'll be on the road, providing routine maintenance to residential HVAC systems and ensuring homeowners are comfortable year-round. From inspecting and cleaning air conditioners and furnaces to troubleshooting and minor repairs, you'll be the trusted expert people rely on to keep their homes running smoothly. Whether it's offering helpful advice to customers or solving tricky technical issues, you'll be delivering a service that truly makes a difference.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with residential HVAC systems, including components, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring diagrams as they apply to HVAC units
• Strong customer service skills - ability to communicate effectively with homeowners
• Ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift heavy equipment
• EPA Certification (required to handle refrigerants)
