Customer Support Specialist – Sales Operations

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Customer Support Specialist to play a vital role in our sales operations. In this position, you’ll be at the center of the order lifecycle—partnering with our sales team, customers, warehouses, and global suppliers to ensure a seamless experience from order placement through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process customer orders and changes with speed and precision, ensuring accuracy across SKUs, vintages and allocations
• Collaborate closely with domestic warehouses, freight forwarders, and international suppliers to coordinate timely order fulfillment
• Enter and proactively monitor open orders and inbound shipments, identifying and resolving delays related to logistics, customs or inventory before they impact customers
• Generate and distribute invoices upon shipment, ensuring all documentation (including compliance and import records) is complete and accurate
• Serve as the central point of contact for customers, sales, and finance throughout the order process by providing clear and timely updates
• Develop strong product knowledge across a diverse wine portfolio, including regions, producers and vintages, while building fluency in internal systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience or wine industry knowledge will also be considered
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with an aptitude for learning new systems
• Highly organized, coordinating multiple shipments and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team oriented with the ability to build strong relationships with international suppliers, distributors and our sales team
